#Whymyhosmart Home Between the Oaks Story
Today we’re featuring one of our users, one young newly-wed couple Zoe and Trey. We would like to share their fantastic story.
They were both law enforcement officers. One year ago, they had a property of 8.5 acres and started to build a dream farmhouse in Florida while recording the entire process of 100 days on the Youtube channel @Home Between The Oaks.
They did all the landscaping together at the beginning along the driveway. It’s amazing to see them cleaning things up. Tearing down the old mobile house was also lots of hard work. They were enjoying it and our team also enjoyed watching their videos.
They care about the view of the driveways and the privacy of the property so they planted some bamboo to create a privacy wall. They created a crushed asphalt driveway across the pasture to the future homesite.
“I’m walking on the awesome driveway we built last summer. If we wouldn't have done the driveway, we would never get this house built as fast as we did. This whole area was covered in water because of the rain. And because I built the driveway up a bit, it’s perfectly stable and hard all the way to our home.” Trey says in the episode of “ why we planted 2120 trees”.
